STANDING TALL

Our entire lives we've been told
  - a fake story of lies
  - a false reality of truth
  - a knowledge base of beliefs
 not worth the book and screens
 they were presented through.

Like a break up from a lover
 a heartache that cracks the soul
 the shaking of trauma
 ~ our hidden shadows ~
 that leaves you hysterical;
 crying for days,
 mourning the loss,
 and deep despair for humanity.

And,
 through this break up
 ~ the tearing apart of your soul ~
 the rising up of anger,
 the igniting of rage,
 the post traumatic stress you may feel
 from time,
 to time...

You find peace,
 You find harmony,
 You know all is going to be ok,
 You know WE are all going to be ok,
 that WE are all in in this
 ~ together ~

We realise
 the institutions we cared so much for
  - we got intimate with
  - we committed to everyday
  - we paid our energy through prayers, and pledges
 and tax.
 ...our entire lives
 ~ disappear ~

Overnight,
 they disappear.

POOF POOF - they're GONE!!!

Overnight,
 they are ALL gone.

WE are on our own now,
 living free.

Freedom with everything ~
 Free with our bodies, minds, spirits,
 and souls...

WE are on our own now,
 disconnected, divorced,
 and detangled from their control.

Living harmoniously together,
 amongst ourselves,
 independently,
 happy, in peace,
 in love,
 and stronger than every before.
